As we are a small-scale, artisanal brand, each piece is unique, and each order is packaged with care.
1. Right of Return (Free Resolution)
According to current legislation (DL No. 24/2014), you have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt, provided it is sealed, shows no signs of use, is in its original packaging and is in a condition to be resold .
Exclusions
For reasons of hygiene, safety and personalization, we do not accept returns of candles, home sprays or any other products that have been opened, used, tested or removed from their original packaging.
This policy also applies to personalized or made-to-order products (e.g., chosen fragrances, color combinations, messages or accessories).
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions, even if within the legal return period. Each situation will be analyzed carefully and respectfully.
2. Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges.
Since our products are made in small quantities, we cannot guarantee replacements.
We count on your understanding and always encourage a conscious choice.
3. Damage or Delays in Shipping
Wyldstock is not responsible for damage, loss or delay caused by carriers .
Once the order is shipped, the responsibility passes to the carrier.
5. Refunds
In cases where the right of return is applicable, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned products.
The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
