At Wyldstock, all products are handmade in small quantities , with great care and attention to detail. For this reason, orders are subject to stock availability .

Deliveries are made to the address indicated at the time of purchase, on working days, during normal transport service opening hours.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Mainland Portugal : 2 to 3 working days

• Azores and Madeira : 3 to 5 working days

• European Union : 5 to 8 working days

These deadlines are estimates provided by the carriers and may vary during periods of higher volume (such as Christmas or sales) or for reasons beyond Wyldstock's control.

Shipping Costs

Currently, shipping costs are selected manually , and options will be presented at checkout before completing the purchase .

Sending and Resending

Wyldstock is not responsible for delays, returns or additional costs resulting from:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• No reception at the address provided

• Rejection of the order by the recipient

If the order is returned to the sender, it will be possible to reschedule the shipment, upon payment of new postage.
